A phrase, a spelling or a recording is off, or a perfectly good answer of yours was marked wrong. Tell us the Lesson and what you said — corrections go straight into the content queue.
Something is broken
A Session that will not start, a Streak that vanished, Gems or XP that do not add up. Include your username and roughly when it happened.

I forgot my password.
There isn't one. LearnPatois signs you in with Google, with Apple, or with a link emailed to you — so nothing to remember and nothing to leak.
I played as a guest. Can I keep my progress?
Yes. Create an account from the same browser and everything moves across — your Track, your Streak, your XP, your Gems and every Item's review schedule.
The app said I was wrong, but that is how my family says it.
Then we probably owe you a fix. Every Exercise has a one-tap report, and a real person reads them. Patois is a continuum and our accepted set is meant to reflect that.
Why did my Session not start?
Starting a Lesson costs Energy, and Energy refills gradually over the day. If you are out, wait a little or spend Gems in the Shop.
Can I pay for anything?
No. There are no real-money purchases. Gems are earned by playing and have no cash value.
Do lessons work offline?
Not yet. You can install LearnPatois as an app and it will open instantly, but a Session needs a connection.
